LOT318 is a non-profit organization that exists to walk alongside at-risk youth and their community by empowering them to see their worth and purpose in this world. The organization and its leaders accomplish this by holding various events and service opportunities to open the eyes of the children they work with to the world around them. The children are challenged to serve others in the community and make a difference among their peers. The organization boldly believes in the importance of education and teaching their children self-value and of the resources they have available to them. The ultimate goal is to give them opportunities they may never have had, to help them become a positive influence and force in our world - and most importantly, to love them in truth.

This is a highly relational, deeply rewarding on-site opportunity for individuals who want to directly coach, inspire, and build lasting friendships with local youth. No formal teaching background is required—just a willing heart and a love for helping students succeed.
Who You'll Serve: Students ranging from elementary school all the way through high school.
What You'll Do: Assist youth with daily homework assignments, explain foundational concepts, and help them study for upcoming tests.
Flexible Subjects: You do not have to be an expert in every field! Volunteers are welcome to choose and select the specific age groups or academic subjects (such as math, reading, or science) they feel most comfortable tutoring.
