Hubbard County Social Services exists to plan and administer an array of programs and services that are intended to protect and support families and individuals.
Need
Often, when foster youth are removed from their home, they have very few necessities to bring with them. You can provide gender-neutral backpacks with essential toiletry items for children who are removed in emergency situations.

The approximate cost of one backpack is $40.
