Pathways of Hope is dedicated to ending hunger and homelessness for vulnerable people in North Orange County. This local nonprofit provides critical food, shelter, and housing services for the most marginalized residents in our community.
Need
We are urgently seeking volunteers who can commit to a weekly shift. You can make a difference in helping to end hunger to over 300 Households facing food insecurities who visit EACH WEEK!
More Details
AM Shift: 1st & 3rd Tuesdays (Need 4 volunteers) & most Thursday from 9:30am-12pm (need 2-3 volunteers) to unload food and stock shelves.

PM Shift: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays Afternoons from 12:30-4:30pm to assist with food distribution. (NEED 2 volunteers at each shift)

Weekly volunteers needed for PM shifts.

Tasks include helping with client registration, assisting clients to select shelf stable & fresh food, breaking down boxes, cleaning the work area, putting away the line stanchions and canopies, and other tasks related to the food bank.

Must be 18 years or older, sign a volunteer waiver, a checklist, be able to lift at least 15-20 lbs, and wear closed toed shoes.
