Partner Description
PATH’s goal is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities through a combination of services across the state of California. Currently, PATH operates two homeless shelters in Orange County: The Yale Navigation Center (Santa Ana) and the Placentia Navigation Center (Placentia).
Need
Fuel the journey toward permanent housing by providing or helping serve nutritious meals to local residents in interim shelter! For individuals transitioning off the streets, consistent, healthy meals offer vital physical comfort and stability. When volunteer teams step into the kitchen to prepare or serve food, it allows shelter staff to focus maximum resources on critical case management, medical care, and housing placement services that help residents rebuild their lives.
