Pathways of Hope is dedicated to ending hunger and homelessness for vulnerable people in North Orange County. This local nonprofit provides critical food, shelter, and housing services for the most marginalized residents in our community.
Need
Provide health, dignity, and comfort to local individuals and families navigating housing insecurity! Access to basic personal care items is a fundamental necessity, yet hygiene products are rarely covered by low-income assistance programs. By donating full-sized essentials or building compact, on-the-go kits, you directly stock the resource pantry and supply outreach teams with critical items for our unhoused neighbors.

This is an incredibly flexible, hands-on project that is perfect for individuals, families, or small groups to complete at home. You can participate by choosing one (or both!) of our two high-priority donation options based on your shopping preferences:
Estimated Cost: Approx. $15 – $30 per bag/kit bundle (Based on local Southern California retail pricing at stores like Target, Walmart, or local dollar stores).
Choose Your Collection Option:
Option 1: Full-Sized Family Toiletries: Gather full-sized bottles of everyday essentials to pack into reusable grocery bags. These are distributed directly to local families visiting the community resource pantry.
Option 2: On-the-Go Hygiene Kits: Purchase travel-sized items and pack them completely into individual, gallon-sized Ziploc bags. These compact kits are designed specifically for unhoused clients receiving mobile outreach support.
