True ID was founded in 2013 out of a desire to develop a comprehensive reintegration and mentorship program for sex-trafficked and sexually exploited women. Today, True ID continues to bring restoration and empowerment to women affected by the sex industry, with their goal of giving every survivor the opportunity and support to successfully reintegrate into life and confidently move forward in their true identity in Jesus Christ.
Need
Help foster a safe, warm, and restorative community for female survivors transitioning out of exploitation and human trafficking. Developing authentic friendships and a reliable support network is a vital component of a survivor's journey toward healing. By lending your creativity, hospitality, and leadership, you help build spaces where these resilient women can experience genuine care, grow in their faith, and confidently transition into independent living.

This is a deeply rewarding, highly collaborative role for women who have a heart for discipleship, hospitality, and mentorship. You will work closely alongside a passionate team to design and facilitate supportive environments.
What You'll Do: Collaborate with the team to develop and host engaging Bible studies, warm and welcoming home gatherings, and practical life-skills workshops designed to empower women and ground them in their identity in Christ.
Training & Location: All specialized team training and foundational meetings are hosted conveniently right on-site at the church campus.
