True ID was founded in 2013 out of a desire to develop a comprehensive reintegration and mentorship program for sex-trafficked and sexually exploited women. Today, True ID continues to bring restoration and empowerment to women affected by the sex industry, with their goal of giving every survivor the opportunity and support to successfully reintegrate into life and confidently move forward in their true identity in Jesus Christ.

For survivors transitioning out of exploitation, having a steady, encouraging presence makes a profound difference. As a mentor, your commitment to offering a listening ear, sharing life experiences, and providing consistent emotional and spiritual support empowers your mentee to achieve her personal goals and discover her true identity in Christ.

This is a deeply relational, high-impact opportunity for women who possess a heart for intentional discipleship, active listening, and long-term encouragement.
The Commitment: Mentors commit to a six-month journey, meeting with their mentee either weekly or biweekly for approximately 2–4 hours per session.
Flexible Scheduling: Meeting times are highly flexible and are coordinated entirely between you and your mentee to fit both of your schedules.
What Mentoring Looks Like: Grab a cup of coffee, go for a walk in the park, share a meal, study the Bible together, or participate in light social activities as you build a genuine friendship.
Onboarding Requirements: To ensure safety and care for everyone involved, all mentors must complete a specialized application, a standard background check, and a comprehensive training series.
