Helping Hands is a local organization that assists local school children and youth with basics like hygiene and clothing items to make them more successful in school. items are handed out on an as-needed basis by a volunteer who keeps items stocked on hand at Century School and the High School.
Need
Helping Hands is in need of backpacks for at-risk students heading back to school this fall.
More Details
Please provide an empty, full-sized backpack of your choice to be filled with school supplies and handed out to kids in need at the back to school supply event. Backpacks should be large enough to fit snowpants and other winter gear.
