City Net deploys case management staff into the streets of our communities and local emergency shelters to serve our homeless neighbors in their journey to secure housing and other services. Staff, often in tandem with law enforcement, visit public areas like flood control channels, parks, and business where encampments are set up.

Items Needed: Quart-sized Ziploc bag, Band-Aids, Chapstick, Travel sized Lotion or Hand Sanitizer, Travel sized tissues, Pair of Socks, and (optional) Note of Encouragement
