City Net deploys case management staff into the streets of our communities and local emergency shelters to serve our homeless neighbors in their journey to secure housing and other services. Staff, often in tandem with law enforcement, visit public areas like flood control channels, parks, and business where encampments are set up.

Items needed: Quart sized Ziploc bag, Granola bar or Protein bar, Apple Sause pouch, Fruit snack or Trail mix, Slim Jim or Jerky, and (optional) Note of encouragement
