PATH’s goal is to end homelessness for individuals, families, and communities through a combination of services across the state of California. Currently, PATH operates two homeless shelters in Orange County: The Yale Navigation Center (Santa Ana) and the Placentia Navigation Center (Placentia).

After you sign up you'll receive a link to an amazon wish list with specific items to shop for. You may shop wherever you choose. Items total about $150 so this is a great project for a small group to do together!
