• Next Gen - Join our team of Change Makers who invest in the next generation (“NextGen”) of Eastside! From birth through high school, you can make a difference through many serving opportunities, including leading a group of children or students. All roles will require a full background check.

• Creative Arts - The Creative Arts team plays a vital role in creating an engaging and meaningful Eastside service each weekend through teams like Production (no experience required!) and Worship.

• Build Community - The Build Community team is a crucial part of helping Eastsiders learn how they can be connected to the church and each other through experiences like Small Groups and First Step.

• Campus Operations - Our Campus Operations team helps with the logistics needed to support our campuses from setting up and tearing down (“Weekend Support Team”) to our Medical and Security (“Guardian”) teams to providing food and drinks to our community through the Cafe and Grill.

• Guest Services - Our various Guest Services teams provide a warm, welcoming environment to ensure that first time guests have an excellent experience at Eastside. Guest Services includes teams such as the Parking Team, Guest Central, and Auditorium Team.
